The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the living room has a comfy sofa futon (from Costco) and an Ikea twin bed (that can be converted into a queen bed). Great unit, very friendly and considerate owner
It is a safe and quiet area and I enjoyed staying here for my summer internship. The unit is an attached section in the back of a house split into 3 units, but I never had to interact with the other tenants. The unit is pretty big, and came well furnished with a decent amount of groceries too. The landlord AJ was very accommodating and flexible. Highly recommend.
