I am a single mom with a 4-year old boy who lives here half the time. No pets. I work remotely. The master suite is the only bedroom downstairs and is very spacious. You also have access to a large backyard with grill and picnic bench . There is a beautiful community pool within walking distance as well as nice trails. Few minutes drive to Rooer hospital, Publix, and various other places to eat, shop and self care.
