Quiet, clean, with breezeway and backyard and front yard landscaped. Good reading area on porch and backyard equipped with patio furniture. Backyard is also fenced all the way around for privacy. There is a personal parking space aligned next to private driveway. I'm on a street with dead-end. One way in and couple ways out of neighborhood. Good walking area.
