Remodeled home w/garage in a quiet neighborhoo

I had no issue with the repair itself, but I was not informed when someone entered the unit. I returned home to find my belongings moved, including items removed from my kitchen cabinets and placed on the counter. A simple text notifying me that someone had entered would have been appreciated. I was later informed that the HVAC required additional repairs and that there would be ongoing traffic through my unit. As someone who values privacy in my home, this was not comfortable. During my stay, my dog was also attacked by the dog in the adjoining unit, adding further stress. After expressing my concerns about communication and boundaries, I did not feel they were acknowledged. I communicated my intent to leave, but I had not provided a move out date. Despite my lease extending through September and my next place not being ready, a move out date was designated for me. Overall, communication was lacking, the unit was not adequately prepared, and my privacy was not sufficiently respected.

Comfortable stay

Had a pleasant time staying here. As a travel nurse who works night shift it's hard to sleep during the day, but this has been far the most comfortable stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the studio is comfy with everything I need. Also, very accessible to grocery stores, coffee shops and close to beaches/parks. Landlord was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot for temporary stay <3

Haely was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator throughout the entire stay. She was very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The studio itself was very nice, clean, and well-kept. It was the perfect space for one or two people—comfortable, cozy, and exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again in the future.
