Private residence in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and the airport, easy access to I80.
The space is shared, I work seasonally and contracted so I don't have a regular schedule. I do have a small, friendly dog (he will snuggle you till you explode if you let him).
I keep a clean shared space, and don't mind doing it. There's space in the main fridge/freezer for you, but I've also provided an in-room mini fridge...

Hello! The space is an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom that has priority to the renter. Queen bed, desk/workstation, mini fridge/freezer, garage/driveway parking. <10 minutes from downtown & Airport. Quiet neighborhood.
I do have a small and friendly dog (he will snuggle you into oblivion if you let him, otherwise he can stay in my room while I'm at work)
