Very peaceful & comfortable environment and surroundings. There is a community room with an outdoor pool. Free parking covered parking and use of a bike if needed. Good size bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open out to a private peaceful patio. Utilities, internet, Amazon, Hulu, Showtime, Apple TV. Large outdoor deck with fire pit, BBQ, darts and fountains.
Cleaning every other week split between us.
