Excellent location for outdoor activities, lots of storage space, responsive landlord, and an attractive house and yard. The unit contains its own programmable heating system. This older neighborhood is among the most desirable in Anchorage. The house has been fine following two major earthquakes (1964 and 2018). I have been an upstairs landlord for 20 years. I am interested in a tenant at least until April.
