It is a fully detached separate unit with beautiful ocean and sunset views and a nice deck. Any stays of one month or less is a flat $175 per night. Thank you

Great walkable location to the village w/ great shops, restaurants, wine bars and a local Starbucks.. Just 3 blocks to the ocean with great water and sunset views. One of San Diegos most coveted neighborhoods. When the surf is 3 ft or bigger, you can hear the waves at night.

Perfect!
Chip is a fantastic landlord and the place is AWESOME! As a women in her 20s who was moving from FL, it was important for me to find some place that was both safe, nice, and in a great location. This checks all the boxes and Chip was very accommodating (e.g., I moved in while he was away on vacation and his son was there to share keys and show me around, he provided references of others who lived there previously, etc.). Also everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. A big perk not advertised is house keeping comes every other week. This place is worth the price. Cannot recommend enough!
