Beautiful, wooded and private in a natural setting which is surprisingly close to town and amenities. It is a separate guest bungalow situated near a larger main house in a canyon with easy access to I-70. The canyon is comprised of larger old ranching properties in a quiet setting, many of which are permanently conserved as open space. I am looking for a 6 month to one year lease. Possible pet if approved by landlord.
