Cozy, quiet mountain home. Wooded and very peaceful. There is a hammock, saucer swing, fire pits and outdoor chairs/seating. The home is a 3 bed 2 bath modular home with one bedroom and bath available. There is a small fenced in yard. The yard is always a work in progress, we have been here 2.5 years and started with mud. I am constantly working on improvements with the landscaping and gardening.

Space

There is one bedroom available with a queen sized bed, full closet, dresser and Bureau. The bathroom is located in the foyer outside of the bedroom and will be primarily the tenant's space. My daughter and I mainly use the Master Bath for our daily routines.

Neighborhood overview

We live in the last house on a rural mountain road. There are only 7 houses on our dirt road and we are at the end of the Cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and pretty private. We do have a variety of animals in the area, out Boarder Collie, Buddy, tends to keep our yard free of any animals except for him, the chickens and the baby-dog Scout. We have white squirrels, Bears, Coyotes, Deer, Bobcats, Fox, and Bunnies. The Bears are usual...
