its a 5 bedroom home with a media room, owner is a physician, single dad. My daughters 4 and 6 year old kids come home every other weekend. This is why I will prefer a lady/woman tenant and I am open to both young and old. there is a two car garrage. if you truly need a garage i could consider. electricity is FREE at night 9pm to 9am so you are welcome to turn on extra heaters, and do laundry at night.
