This property is located in a quiet neighborhood in upper NE Mpls with a metro bus stop just a couple blocks away. A short drive (approximately 2 miles) to the Quarry shopping center as well as a nearby (a 1/2 mile away) coffee shop and other restaurants. Columbia Golf Course is 1 mile to the west and Gross Golf Course is 1 mile to the east. You will see lots of people walking and riding bikes in our neighborhood.
