This property has a massive elevated back porch that is great for BBQs or tanning etc. also a large front porch. Downstairs it has a large built in Sauna that could probably fit 7 people or just a few if you want to lay down in it. Cottonade is bordered by Fort Bragg. It is probably as close as you can get to base. Hwy 295 is the only thing that separates the neighborhood from base so it has lots of military neighbors and a large amount of retirees as well.
