Guest Cottage Quite and Handy to Hospital/s

Would NOT recommend

Stayed here for 3 months during my travel nurse contract. The cottage itself is very cute and spacious! It met all of my needs. Draw backs of the location; CONSTRUCTION outside on main road, construction off Grant Rd making transport and commute long and tiresome, unhoused people and drug use right outside of property, Landlords RIGHT NEXT DOOR, place was NOT MOVE IN READY; VOMIT on bedsheets from previous tenant (GROSS), unclean furniture, mold in washer, overgrown plants outside of tenant access; LL did not refund any part of cleaning fee. Landlords did not allow access to tenant gate for easy accessibility; had to walk in hard gravel, unknown house guest on porch who watched tenant and smoked cigarettes. LL showed property for real estate purposes while tenant was staying here. Sink is in the living room, not a full kitchen. Would recommend staying closer to Speedway and main highways and AVOID EASTSIDE if possible. I hope this helps.
