Quality and comfortable studio apt

I rented this comfortable and safe basement apartment for 9 months. The neighborhood is convenient to uptown Vancouver, and it's very walkable with charming historic homes and cottage gardens. This house also is adorable with beautiful landscaping. The apartment is in the basement, but some windows allowed some daylight into the bed/living area. Although it's a basement, it is the cutest basement I've ever seen! It doesn't really feel like a basement. The bed is very comfortable! The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, except for a normal stove top and oven. It has a conduction burner only. Importantly, the landlords who live upstairs are very kind, friendly, respectful, and thoughtful. It was very pleasant to have them as neighbors. One negative was the noise that carried from their living room upstairs, which is directly above the bed in the apartment. Footsteps alone could be loud. All in all, I feel extremely grateful that I found such a wonderful home away from home.
