New Cottage style studio

Incredible stay, highly recommended

I had the pleasure of renting this property for approximately 5 months; as a travel nurse it was important to me to be able to have peace and quiet when needed, and as a new resident to SD I was excited to experience what San Diego had to offer. This property provided it all. Monica is an EXCEPTIONAL host, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay and all that I could possibly need. The studio is immaculate and had all the amenities in perfect condition. The location as well was perfect for being able to visit both the more "city" areas of SD as well as close to balboa park, hiking trails, and beaches. Shopping centers were close by and easily accessible. I cannot recommend this property enough and will be looking to book another stay here when I come back to San Diego. Both the property, location, and the owner made the stay more easy and comfortable than I could've hoped for

Cozy, restful, lovely, and clean studio

This is a great find for longer term stay or short. Monica the owner has thought of every single thing you need to have the most enjoyable, comfortable, and wonderful stay. WiFi is reliable and I had no issues with multiple devices. Parking can be challenging on garbage pick up days. Nothing too challenging though. Location is excellent for being near beaches and/ or good food shopping options. It is also quiet inside studio, and temperature can be easily controlled as needed. If you are seeking a truly restful, and enjoyable stay, you will be lucky to have found this place.
