Private, quiet neighborhood. Great location. Caitlin is wonderful and gets back to you quickly. Well furnished. Off street parking. Co-op grocery store two blocks away. A great place to transition or stay for an extended period. Best of all it's close to all the natural Oly has to off.

A Great Stay! Loved it!

I stayed here for four months as I transitioned into a new job in Olympia and looked for more permanent housing. This neighborhood feels so safe, much safer than the downtown areas I was previously looking at. I was able to comfortably walk to the co-op even at night. It was so great to be able to just walk two blocks to grab coffee, eggs, and treats or whatever you might need from the co-op. It's also close to great pizza and breakfast spots and lots of bus lines. I really enjoyed the walkability of this location and the home is super cozy, stays really warm, and felt like a vacation spot with amenities. Landlord is offsite so you have a lot of privacy but she is also super helpful and great at communicating and getting things taken care of if you need something. Highly recommend this spot, sad to leave it myself to be honest.
