Safe, Comfortable, Reliable Stay
I moved to DC from the west coast for school and stayed here short-term and it was a wonderful experience. It was reassuring to arrive at a home that felt safe, welcoming, and community-oriented. The landlord is very sweet and attentive. She was responsive to the needs of both the house and the tenants. Everyone in the home was kind, respectful, and responsible. The house was well-maintained and clean, and everyone cooperated in keeping the house tidy. This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and peaceful stay.

I lived here during the summer for my internship and loved it! I had a room on the lower level. The house was always picked up, and the landlord is very good with communication when you reach out for anything, also very sweet and friendly! Everyone living in the house was kind and social, and the neighborhood was very safe. You have access to bus routes and the metro within walking distance, which I appreciated. If you want an affordable place to live with great landlords, this is the place for you!

Great Location, Affordable, and Wonderful Landlord
I had a wonderful experience living in this house on the second floor. The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to multiple bus lines and the metro, which made commuting simple and stress-free. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and pleasant, offering peace of mind at all times. The house itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and budget-friendly, making it a great value for the quality of living it provides. One of the highlights of my stay was the landlord, who is truly one of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve met always responsive, respectful, and supportive whenever needed.
