Apartment in Tucson, Arizona
Landlord Tenure: 4 years, 8 months
This fully furnished one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and practical home base for traveling professionals looking to enjoy downtown Tucson while maintaining peace and privacy. Located within a historic Armory Park courtyard, the apartment feels calm and removed from traffic while still placing you close to everyday conveniences, cultural attractions, and major employers.
Inside, the layout is efficient and welco...
Cozy and well laid out, the interior has a bright living area, a simple open kitchen and dining space, and a quiet bedroom with built-in storage. The bathroom is clean and practical with a tub and shower combo, making the space easy to live in and comfortably organized.
In the heart of Tucsons historic Armory Park, the area feels calm and residential while staying close to museums, restaurants, bars, and local shops. Downtown is just minutes away, with easy access to the University of Arizona, Fourth Avenue, and Mercado San Agustin. Tree-lined streets and historic homes give the neighborhood a grounded, lived-in feel. Its a great balance of quiet surroundings and cultural activity.
Fantastic space in a great neighborhood
First, Kelly is a great landlord and was super receptive to any of my needs. The space came well stocked with household basics. The space itself is very unique, warm and welcoming. You share a garden oasis courtyard with a handful of other casitas and all the neighbors are very kind and quiet and it's full of lemon trees. The casita was great for working remotely with relatively fast internet. The kitchen is well thought out, plenty of cubbies inside for storage, and the side patio is a great space to drink coffee in the mornings or take an afternoon nap. The neighborhood feels safe and is accessible to a lot of great things Tucson has to offer. You can walk to the climbing gym, the convention center for a Roadrunners game and the light rail to get around to the rest of the main sights of downtown Tucson and the historic 4th Ave district or the MSA. I'd highly recommend this space to anyone considering a furnished stay in the Tucson area.
