Great Stay and an Accommodating Host.
We stayed here for about three months over the summer and had a great experience. Mark was extremely responsive and accommodating-whenever we needed something, he was quick to help. The unit initially didn't have an AC, and Mark went out of his way to get one for us. He also left a binder with restaurant and neighborhood recommendations, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, including convenient in-unit laundry. It is a smaller basement unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a compact kitchen, so it's a more intimate space for two roommates, but it worked well for us. The entrance is a little unconventional and the windows are small, but neither bothered us much. The location is also close to the Elizabeth train station, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a clean, practical, and welcoming summer rental, and Mark's hospitality really stood out. I would definitely recommend it!
