Absolutely prime location! As close as you can get to downtown Denver without the crime stats, so as a single woman, I've always felt really safe and cozy in this neighborhood. It's a quite neighborhood, but only a couple blocks away from the happening Sloan's Lake area if you like jogging or just getting out in the fresh air. Two blocks from some bars, breweries, and restaurants when you don't feel like making anything at home ...
