Horrible Landlord and house

We had a very disappointing experience and left within a few hours. We were staying with a baby, so cleanliness and safety were very important. These are the reasons: Ilona assured us the house was clean after renovation. When we wiped the counter with our finger, there was a thick layer of dust and our finger came away gray. She refused this and insisted it was clean. The toilet did not work, making the house unlivable. Ilona did not pick up calls. She told us to wait and said she would come at night but never showed up, only coming the next morning. Getting a refund was difficult, and we were wrongly blamed for the toilet issue despite the plumber confirming it was not our fault. The house looks nothing like the pictures. It is much darker in person, with no proper lighting near the stairs. The basement laundry area was very dusty. Overall, not a clean or safe place, especially with a baby.
