Love this space!
This basement apartment is the most perfect space. I have enjoyed my time here so much! Communication with Tammy was very prompt and comprehensive; she has been a great landlord! Tammy made sure to communicate with us regarding anything with the house as well as events around the neighborhood that would potentially affect parking. The space is also furnished so well! From all the kitchen appliances, handmade kitchenware, linens, towels, cleaning agents, and even a hair dryer and straightener, she made sure to include every little thing you will need (even a sharpie, measuring tape, scissors). This basement apartment allows for the perfect amount of privacy. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, big fridge, and a toaster oven that can serve similarly to an actual oven (made banana bread!), toaster, or air fryer.I would definitely stay here again! (Also, her whole house is very well-decorated and super aesthetic!)
