Great 3-month Stay

I stayed here for 3 months in the summer. I had a very pleasant experience - the house was well equipped with basics, especially the kitchen. Jane was also extremely helpful if I ever needed anything beyond what the house had. The neighborhood was friendly, and even though it is geographically close to a busier road, I couldn't hear it at night. There isn't garage parking, but the driveway can fit a car, and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The only slight negative was that the house does not have air conditioning. However, Seattle is a very pleasant ~70 degrees the vast majority of the summer, with only a couple weeks being ~80 degrees, which cools down substantially at night. There are fans provided and keeping windows open makes those couple of weeks very manageable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place to stay!
