This studio is located two minutes from the airport five minutes from BSU in seven minutes from downtown Boise. Its a great location to all things including easy access to I84. The studio is standalone in our backyard, private and quiet. It was built in 2023. The inside flooring is concrete with granite countertops for the kitchenette in the bathroom as well as a tile walk-in shower with instant hot water.
