Very friendly and very quiet neighborhood.
PLEASE NOTE: MANY PEOPLE VACATION IN FLORIDA FROM NOVEMBER THROUGH APRIL. THE DEMAND IS VERY STRONG. THAT PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME IS KNOWN AS HIGH SEASON. RENTAL RATES ARE HIGHER DURING THOSE MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE DEMAND. THE REMAINING PART OF THE YEAR IS KNOWN AS LOW SEASON AND THERE IS NOT AS MUCH DEMAND, THEREFORE MONTHLY RENTAL PRICES DECREASE SLIGHTLY.
