I had an amazing time living here. The area is safe and close to plenty of stores. Patrick was a great landlord and when there was a problem he was quick to respond. I would highly recommend living here!

No need to worry about anything!

I had a truly unbelievable stay at Patrick's Hoover apartment. I cannot express how great the accommodations are. You literally just need your personal belongings and food. Virtually everything else is taken care of. The space was perfect for me with quick access to I-65, I-459, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. A quick story. One day the refrigerator just went out. I let Patrick know first thing that morning and by the time I got back from work, he had replaced it with a brand new one. Even bagged up my perishable items and stored them in his refrigerator so they wouldn't ruin until the new one was at the right temp. Then offered to replace anything that ruined. It's hard to express how kind, selfless, and accommodating Patrick is. You will NOT regret staying here. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever have the need for a space around Birmingham. Thank you, Patrick!

Truly a Home Away From Home

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and genuinely had everything I could possibly need. You really only need to bring your clothes and food. Everything else, from a can opener to shampoo, is already thoughtfully provided. I worked from home two days a week during my stay, and it was perfect for that. The home was always quiet, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there was plenty of space and storage. The bed was very comfortable, and the two smart TVs made it super easy to log into my own streaming services and relax after work. The location is great and in a safe area, and I always felt completely comfortable staying here. The host was incredibly gracious and helpful whenever I needed anything while also giving me plenty of privacy throughout my stay. It really feels like every little detail has been thought of to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay Overall

The area was safe and quiet with several stores nearby. I also liked having front parking just steps from the unit. Patrick was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and any minor maintenance issues were handled professionally. It was the perfect space for me and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
