Ideal location

I stayed here for three months. The four-plex has friendly long-term tenants, off street parking and is set-back from the road. The unit itself was clean, everything worked and the furniture was actually comfortable. I didn't have any complaints or concerns during my stay. In fact, it was the most hassle free, functional and comfortable place I've been while on a contract. It's even quiet there at night yet it's 5-10min from all the great restaurants and nightlife. I would stay here again.
