Amazing Place to Stay!

My wife and I stayed here for about six weeks as a temporary rental, and we cannot recommend it enough! Julie & Ryan are great people, and they were amazing to open up their lower unit to us. There were many thoughtful touches & we felt comfortable and right at home. The location is amazing for walking places, we never had an issue with street parking, and plenty of other perks! We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality- do not hesitate to rent this unit!

I slept like a baby! & I had great location & the best host!

When I think about DC, I feel a bit indifferent, but lately it’s more appealing than I want to admit. During my last stay, I realized being closer to the city was better, and I found myself with the most welcoming hosts. Julie was on top of everything. The apt is on the 1st level of a gorgeous townhouse on a street so charming you’ll question if you're in DC. Just be aware there are stairs. Inside, the place is comfortable and clean. I had everything I needed, and Julie was always available. The bathroom was immaculate with great water pressure; the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was so comfortable—I slept like a baby. The location is near everything: bus stops, the metro, and iconic places within walking distance, all with an invaluable sense of safety. Definitely the right place. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you, Julie, for your hospitality; I can’t stop talking about how great you were!
