Our neighborhood is very friendly. Our home is a ranch with a large yard. We have a back and side patio and the back yard has views of the Mule mountains and is completely fenced in. The property has been recently remodeled and has an open concept community area, ready to welcome you.
Space
Both bedrooms have an extra long pillow top twin beds. Cost is $800 and both are very clean and comfortable. You have a desk, dresser, and good size closet in room. The house and yard are fully furnished and are just waiting to be shared by you!!
Neighborhood overview
Only takes about 15 minutes to get to most locations in SV including our hospital. Friendly neighborhood. We have a really nice walking, biking or skating path behind our home. Small mall and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful city golf course is a couple blocks away and the Army fort also has one available to the public.

Amazing place and amazing hosts
Absolutely loved staying here during my contract!! Amazing hosts so kind and friendly and very welcoming , you'll feel like home away from home. Definitely will stay here again

Great place, great neighborhood
Loved staying here for a travel nurse contract. Close enough to work and great neighborhood. You'll be drinking with the neighbors for sure! Jeane and Mike are phenomenal hosts.
