First the weather in Sierra Vista is absolutely amazing! Because we are in a higher elevation our temperatures are dry and sunny 90% of the time!!

Space
Both single bedrooms have new extra long pillow top twin beds. Our tenants tell us they are very comfortable. You have a desk, dresser, and good size closet in your room. Laundry is right near your rooms. The house and yard are fully furnished and are just waiting to be shared by you!!
No pets are allowed.
Neighborhood overview
Only takes about 15 minutes to get to most locations in SV including our hospital. Friendly neighborhood. We have a really nice walking, biking or skating path behind our home. Small mall and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful city golf course is a couple blocks away and the Army fort also has one available to the public.

Amazing place and amazing hosts
Absolutely loved staying here during my contract!! Amazing hosts so kind and friendly and very welcoming , you'll feel like home away from home. Definitely will stay here again

Great place, great neighborhood
Loved staying here for a travel nurse contract. Close enough to work and great neighborhood. You'll be drinking with the neighbors for sure! Jeane and Mike are phenomenal hosts.
