Spacious South Tampa Rental With Office, Deck, And Easy Parking

Perfect home for our extended stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The three bedrooms gave our whole family plenty of space, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including an airfrier and espresso machine which we used ever since day, and the living room had a very comfortable couch and plenty of space to relax. The home had all the amenities we needed for our extended, multi-month stay, which made settling in and feeling at home so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors, and the location was incredibly convenient. we could easily walk to everything we needed. The hot water and AC both worked great, which made our stay especially comfortable. The landlord was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. We would absolutely recommend this home to other families and would happily stay here again!

Fantastic house for mid/long-term rental!

I loved staying at this beautifully appointed South Tampa home! Not only is the house super comfortable, but the spacious backyard can't be beat - our dogs loved it. The location is also great, with many delicious restaurants nearby (definitely try Thai and Italian spots next door).
