The price is $2800 for the entire house and $1400 for each bedroom. These rates apply November through March. Summer rates are by the week and higher though we would consider a discount for long stays. Prices for June, July, August and September range between $2,200 and 3,200 with a one week minimum.

Great coastal location overlooking Mount Hope Bay. Great local food and drink, a quiet environment with a large patio and grill as well as a covered porch. AC and Heat are great.
