The house was built in 1952 and is actually a three bedroom but I have set it up as a two bedroom with the third room as an office. I recently had the Oak floors refinished and new carpets put in all 3 bedrooms. This house is located on a cul de sac with neighbors that have lived there for several years.
The entire back yard is enclosed.
