Fabulous Studio with POOL

Hidden Gem!

I originally planned a 30-day stay while transitioning from Connecticut to Florida-and ended up staying six months! Brad has created a truly unique compound just 1.5 miles from Las Olas. It feels like a private oasis, with exotic birds-including a beautiful white peacock-quiet seating areas, a vintage-style pool, water features, and thoughtful Zen-inspired details throughout. Brad was an incredible host: warm, compassionate, communicative, and always responsive. As someone new to the area, I greatly appreciated his guidance and the welcoming community of tenants. The unit was small and the bathroom a bit dated, but it had everything I needed. The surrounding neighborhood initially seemed rough around the edges compared with Las Olas, but Brad assured me it was safe-and he was right. The property is gated, has security, and is conveniently located near highways, the airport, beaches, and shopping. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise, especially for animal and nature lovers
