The property was built back in 1923 and my unit is located on the 2nd level. The orginal wood floors do have some squeak spots, but that adds character to me. 2 seperate bathrooms to share. Storage space in the attic. The 2 bedrooms are seperated by a shared bathroom. This is known as a Jack and Jill type of layout. This is on the 2nd level. There is are a total of 4 condos there. All have owners accupy them. It is a professional and well respected HOA here. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy within our HOA agreement. My unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. There is a great screened in patio/deck. All appliances are new, all the ceiling fans are new. Neighborhood overview
East Henry is a double one way road and West Anderson run the opposite as a double one way road. Still quiet and safe. Easy access to the Harry Truman Parkway. I am located between Forsyth Park and Daffin Park. Several walkable neighborhood restaurants and SCAD buildings too.
