Inviting Basement Retreat With All Utilities In Exceptional Location Close To Downtown And Major Hospitals

Loved my stay!

I stayed here from February to end of July. This was an awesome stay! Im a travel nurse working days at OHSU, it's about a 15 minute commute to work. The house is in between Hawthorne and Division Streets; which has amazing shops, cafes, and grocery stores. I could walk to everything I needed and felt safe. It's also in between Mt Tabor and Laurelhurst Park, both within walking distance as well. It is a basement apartment, and so you don't get too much natural light but they did a great job in making it nice and bright. And the landlords Laura and Carla are lovely! Living in the basement, I never heard them upstairs and they never heard me. It has its own entrance with a coded door, and they always respected my privacy. I mostly communicated with Laura over texting and they had great communication and always answered very timely. I felt very safe going directly to them with any questions.
