Horrible experience! The AC units do not keep the house cold at all ! The refrigerator is super small , can onlybuy small portions of food at a time. When I asked for a solution the landlord texted back saying " your only there for a month or so" couple weeks later the power goes out to half the house & I mention once again to the landlord and his solution was using extension cords on the outlets that did work. I also went to go open a door to take the trash out and the door fell off texted the landlord and blamed it on me saying it was on before he rented it to me (it clearly was not) took the time to get hinges and fix it because I didn't want my deposit took. Another thing that happens was the sewage lines got clogged at 9pm had to get a plumber out to fix it ran us a 480$ bill that I never got from the landlord either. Everything is outdated even the seasonings inside the pantry. let me not forget to mention , he also has a neighbor or two that spy's on who ever stays there.
