Good value, lively house

Solid place to live for the price. The location worked well, the rent was fair, and the roommates were genuinely good people. Worth knowing going in that it leans toward a social, active household, so it suits someone who enjoys that energy or has flexibility with their schedule. Expect late nights on weekends. Utilities, ran higher than I expected, so I would budget a bit extra for that. Overall a good spot with good people.
