Sweet Apt Near Hospitals

Highly recommend this amazing apartment!!

I absolutely LOVED my stay here at this apartment! So much natural lighting through the windows! It was such a nice area, and I enjoyed having the park right next to it. The apartment includes everything and is very well furnished. The owners were also lovely!! Christine was so incredibly accommodating and responded quickly, whether something needed to be fixed or installed. She specifically reached out asking if I needed an AC installed in the hot Philly summer, which I found so thoughtful. The neighbors on the other two floors of the house were also very nice. Good street parking and the Septa trolley was right outside the house! I couldn't recommend leasing here enough!

Gem IN EVERY WAY

First renter review: This place is a lucky gem if you're able to get it! It is well furnished with all the amenities you need carefully articulated. The owners are responsive and very nice people. The neighbors are great, and the neighborhood is fantastic. The park next to the house is a BIG PLUS. I enjoyed my sun filled stay in this house, and would highly recommend it!
