We stayed here for a month to visit friends and family. Location is great. Very walkable and accessible to public transit. Apt is equipped with essentials. Landlord is very responsive and professional.

We stayed here for the month of July and loved it- it was a perfect set up for our family of 4 plus our dog. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the neighborhood was really cute and unique, with lots of great shops, coffeeshops and places to eat, parks, etc. You can tell that Jessica and her family have put a lot of care into making sure that people can settle right in and feel at home. Loved having the park and park district pool about a 5 minute walk away too!

Loved staying here for the month, great location, great unit, beds are super comfy and everything you need plus more. Great hosts and loved the private entrance for my dog.

Lovely, Sunny Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this lovely Avondale apartment for three months in early 2026. Joining us were our dog and cat, who loved the large front windows and sunny living room. The master bedroom was so comfortable (king-sized bed!) and a second bedroom, of three, doubled for my wife as a home office. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook regularly. Internet was fast and reliable, neighborhood was safe & walkable, neighbors were friendly, and it was close to everything on Milwaukee Ave. and in Logan Square (e.g. bars, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping). Good public transit: I regularly commuted to River North on Blue and Red El lines and on CTA buses, with Belmont and Milwaukee buses especially convenient. Available parking space in a garage was so useful, though street parking was always available. Our trio of hosts, Maria, Jessica, Carolina, were so helpful and responsive and did everything to make us feel at home in Chicago. Thank you, thank you!
