This is a lovely 2001 fully renovated manufactured home is one of Dunedin's nicest age restricted communities; guests age must be 40+. Rental term minimum 3 months. It is in a great friendly community, with a community heated pool, and in a fabulous location. Several of my guests loved it so much that they have now also purchased here! This community was spared hurricane damage and flooding and is very well taken care of.
