This is a small house that is across the back yard from our main house. It has a separate entrance but shares a yard. There are two rooms, but you pass through one to get to the other so it could work as a separate bedroom but with limited privacy. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen but the stove is an apartment sized one.
