Four bedroom/3 bathroom house with fenced in backyard in a very safe, cozy family oriented neighborhood in Arvada. Very close to the highways and several parks. Two dogs and two cats live in the household, all of them are very friendly. Must like animals and not have any serious allergies to them. I will be living there full-time.
