Very accommodating

Without going too far into personal details, I had made requests for accommodations beyond the ad - in regards to smoking and a secondary vehicle and Grace was very reasonable in finding a middleground everyone could be happy with. She is warm, friendly, and kind - making your time there feel very comfortable. The room is well furnished and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right. I finished house hunting and purchasing a home this week, but I'll miss staying with Grace.

Time in Property Review

Grace was a cordial, responsible, and fantastic host. She had a basket set up with snacks/toiletries on arrival! The room was as advertised and the bed was large; the bathroom was adequate and for my personal use only as well. She was quick to respond to texts and inquiries. She even made extra food out of kindness some nights for dinner! You also get a garage space. I would highly recommend staying with Grace and will be staying there again if I’m ever in the area.
