We couldn't have for anything more with this rental and the owners. We had family come in from out of town for an extended stay. The owners were very friendly, communicative, responsive, and accommodating. The location was perfect: steps away from the riverwalk and nearby attractions yet situated in a peaceful nook within downtown. The rental itself felt like home. Very clean. Stylish and modern while comfortable and homey. Beautiful spacious and modern kitchen with an oversized counter opening up to the large open living room. There is a double balcony which was overlooking the river with sunset views. The bedroom was very spacious and the size of a living room with direct access to the balcony, and its own modern bathroom. The place came well stocked with essentials. There are markets and convenience stores within walking distance. The place is quiet and safe, withe friendly yet private neighbors. Would definitely rent from Porf again.
