I stayed with Sarah in the 1b1b for 3 months during my summer internship, and I have no complaints at all. The listing price was an unbelievably great value. For the area, it was cheap, getting a private bath, a queen bed, and a spacious room with a TV to wind down after work at this price is unlikely. I am grateful to Sarah for welcoming me into her home. The location was perfect for my internship. My commute to Myford Road in Irvine was great, and I never hit any traffic, even during rush hour. Highway access is only five minutes away, and there are plenty of excellent grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The pool and spa in the backyard are super nice, I used them about once a week. Sarah was always very accommodating, happy to let me have friends over, and let us use the amenities. By the end of my stay, I know I will be extremely sad to leave this spot. Sarah and her pets feel like family to me, but she always respected my privacy whenever I wanted it.

Perfect Stay for Traveling Medical Professionals – Private, Comfortable, Convenient!

I stayed at Sarah’s property for a 3-month assignment as a Traveling Nurse Practitioner and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The home is conveniently located just about 4 miles from my assignment in Orange, CA, and only a 10-minute drive to the hospital, with easy freeway access that made commuting stress-free even after long 12-hour shifts. Sarah is a great and attentive landlord—responsive, professional, and respectful of privacy, which I truly appreciated during a demanding work schedule. The amenities were a huge bonus. The backyard BBQ area, pool, and especially the jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after work. The unit was fully furnished, fairly priced, and included all utilities, Internet, and TV, which made budgeting simple and predictable. There is ample parking, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient to everything. I even managed to visit Disneyland a few times during my assignment since it’s so close by.
