Luxury Condo in Gated Community

Decent place

My girlfriend and I stayed here earlier this year for a travel contract as healthcare workers. The location of the unit was pretty centralized to many things in Phoenix which is nice. It is in a gated community with a good walking path around the perimeter that we utilized often! AC did well during the Phoenix heat. There is a pool on property that is gated which was pretty open for most of the time we were there. I will note that the unit is designed more for longer-term leasing and you will need to sign up/pay for utilities. (We have utilized Furnished Finder for 4 separate 4 month leases and did not have to pay for them elsewhere. Just something to be aware of.) In summary, the place did what we needed it to do while we were working night shift; blackout curtains to sleep during the day, a small but capable kitchen to meal prep, an outdoor patio to enjoy the morning hours after work. Tanner (landlord) was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had over the course of our stay!
