Comfortable and Well-Maintained Condo

I had an enjoyable four-month stay at this condominium. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The condo has several windows and gets plenty of natural sunlight, which makes the space feel bright and pleasant. The condo and surrounding area are quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently close to the Summerlin Parkway. The two-car garage was a great amenity and made day-to-day living even easier, especially during the summer months when having covered parking was a real benefit. The unit was move-in ready when I arrived, and communication with the owner was always clear and timely. The unit is well-maintained, with modern appliances that all worked reliably, and the owner was very responsive to the relatively minor maintenance concerns that came up during my stay. Overall, I found it to be a calm and steady place to live, which I appreciated during a stressful period, and I would highly recommend this rental.
