Ranch style home, clean space and a nice breeze. Pantry staples and fridge condiments available. Kids bikes/surf boards/beach gear available. Main bedroom has a king bed, second BR has a twin bed, third and biggest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Three of the mattresses are twin and one is a full.
Space
We have an attached Ohana that has a long term tenant, her entrance is on a separate side of the house. The shared wall is fully insulated and noise is not an issue. We have two dogs that live in the backyard and have access to the attached Ohana through a doggy door/ but for whoever rents the main house they can just keep the door closed to the dogs and have no interaction with them, unless of course you love dogs.
