Wonderful Family-Friendly Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Renaissance community in Wellen Park! The home is very well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location for enjoying both Wellen Park and the Venice area. The community itself is beautiful, with awesome amenities, we especially enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. We stayed here with our two little ones, and our landlord was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. They even had a box of toys waiting for the kids and provided a high chair, which made settling in so much easier. Communication has been excellent throughout our stay, and the landlord is always easy to reach and quick to help with anything we need. The home does not have a bathtub, which is worth mentioning for families with small children, but it honestly wasn't a big deal for us. Overall, we've had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental, especially to families looking for a comfortable, well-cared-for home in Wellen Park!
